My Bruise

 Kia ora Bloggers Today I am going to be Blogging about my bruise. I have this big bruise under my arm near my elbow and this is how I got it.

Last Friday my family and I went and Workout by walking up Mt eden. When we started walking down I it was raining and this spot was painted but it was dry but the rain made it wet and I slipped on it I fell sideways and I hit my arm really hard on the concrete. 

Some of my skin came off and I had a bump but I would not let that stop me from pushing my self to keep going because when we started jogging I jogged nonstop until we got back to the bottom. Over the days it got worse and this is what it looks like.
